One of our signatures but haven't been able to buy much puppy drum this year. We are serving red drum on the half shell (grilled with the scales on) now through Saturday!

Tune in tonight at 7:30 or 10:30 on the Outdoor Channel to see Sea Chef and Fishin' Frenzy at the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center with host Mario Kalpou on the season premier of United Plates.

Outdoor channel is not available on every streaming platform but I know for sure it's on Hulu live, satellite and cable. I'll be downloading the app I guess to cringe at my acting skills.

Much like the road to Hatteras Island, we are CLOSED today Friday Sept 25.

There's one thing I know for sure being in business for three years now at this location. When the road closes on the other side of the bridge, nobody is headed our way except for news vans and heavy equipment. It's a tough pill to swallow because rarely is Oregon Inlet inaccessible from the northern beaches but the way social media is these days you'd think the whole Outer Banks was underwater.

Praying for our neighbors down south, I'm always thinking of folks with medical emergencies and needs, hopefully we get them a path out first.

Nor'easter update: We are open for lunch today closing at 3pm. Road is fine getting to Oregon Inlet but the bridge is closed.
