Our 12 oz. bone-in Duroc pork chop, flame grilled with Cajun andouille sausage étouffée, served over seasoned red rice and topped with fresh scallions, is one for the land lovers.

Happy NC Oyster Month!

We love a good oyster, but we love the people behind them just as much.
This month, we’re celebrating the watermen, oyster farmers, growers, and suppliers who keep North Carolina’s coastal traditions alive and keep our raw bar stocked with some pretty incredible oysters.

A few fun facts about one of our favorite things:
🦪 One adult oyster can filter up to 50 gallons of water a day
🦪 Oyster reefs provide habitat for fish, shrimp, crabs, and other marine life
🦪 An oyster’s flavor changes based on where it’s grown — salinity, water temperature, and food all play a part in the taste
🦪 And our favorite fact of all? They’re delicious.
