Throughout the evening, we'll introduce you to thoughtfully crafted dishes, share the stories behind each course, and offer ZINI cocktail pairings that bring every destination to life.

We're officially replacing the 18-year-old AC units with two brand-new ones! After multiple inspections, everyone agreed it was time—the old units had done their job!

One more hurdle cleared, one step closer to opening our doors. See you soon!

Sometimes the final stretch throws one more challenge your way.

After overcoming so many obstacles these past few weeks, we've hit one that's simply out of our control. Unfortunately, both of our A/C units are outdated and have stopped working. As much as we're eager to open our doors, we can't welcome you into the ZINI Tasting Room until we can ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.

As a result, we have to delay our soft launch.

If you've already registered, thank you for your patience. You'll remain on our priority list and will receive first access as soon as we announce our new opening date.

We're incredibly excited to share the ZINI experience with you, and we want your first visit to be everything we've envisioned—comfortable, memorable, and worth the wait.
