Today, we pause to honor the lives lost and the heroes of September 11th. We will never forget their sacrifice and the resilience that followed. 🇺🇸

Hey, Muskegon! MPD wanted to give you a heads-ups about extra bus traffic coming downtown this Friday, September 11.

Several buses will be traveling to and from Trinity Health Arena beginning around 9:15 a.m., with activity continuing through approximately 1 p.m.

We expect traffic backup along Western Avenue, 4th Street and Clay Avenue as buses move through the area. MPD officers will be on scene directing traffic and helping keep things moving.

If you're traveling downtown Friday morning or around lunchtime, please give yourself a little extra time and be prepared for possible delays.

Thanks for your patience!
