We’ll be part of the Eat Local Challenge! We love being the local roaster for our partner, Bon Appetit at Cornell College and seeing how the chefs plan, source, and prepare local ingredients. Open to the public!

Next Tuesday, Sept. 22, Cornell and Bon Appétit are celebrating the annual Eat Local Challenge with a meal made entirely from ingredients grown, raised, or harvested within 150 miles of campus! Even better, several of our incredible Farm to Fork partners will be joining us for a campus Farmers Market, giving you a chance to meet some of the local farmers and producers who help feed our campus every day.

School’s [nearly] back in session! Did you know that “The Bon” is open to the public? Mount Vernon - don’t sleep on the best salad bar in Linn County, and a menu that is amenable to all kinds of dietary restrictions (and even serves Little Scratch Coffee😉)
