Mr. Dan Katalinich. This man has been an inspiration to many in the wine/restaurant industry. Ridiculous work ethic (to the point of "dude chill out") Always looking out for his people in hopes that they're looking out for their people. Twenty some years ago I met this guy as a young man entering the wine word. We were competitors, but he (along with a few others) took me under his wing and taught me about the sales industry, wine, and how to navigate life with grace, humility, and strength. Daddy K is retiring today. His last day slang'n! LWB PEEPS, yall have sipped the juice this guy has been pouring me for years! A true gentleman. Grats and hats off from the LWB fam sir.
