You can help us make a difference!

We have created over 3500 labor hours in 2026 alone for people with a disability and we believe that number is perhaps even under representative for those with hidden and undeclared disabilities.
Our goal is to keep that number growing. At JavaAbilities, 17 of our 22 employees have a disability. One of the easiest ways that you can help
to support our mission is catering.

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month, and we're reminding our community that the businesses you choose to support make a difference!

Today is National Cinnamon Roll day! I didn’t know such a thing exist because I don’t wait only one time a year to have one and you don’t have to either 🫶🏼 our cinnamon rolls are delicious everyday.

Eat a cinnamon roll. It’s like a hug on a plate!

People with disabilities have always been part of America's workforce. But in 2025, just 22.8% were employed. That gap isn't about talent. It's about barriers, and many of them are ones we can remove together ~ JavaAbilities has not just great food and drinks but also is working to make a difference and we need you! Come in and say hi!
