🧀 Mark your calendars…Broders’ is headed to the Fair Minnesota State Fair !!!

This Thursday, 8/27 (OPENING DAY), we’ll be posted up at the Cambria Kitchen in the Creative Activities Building, working up some pasta magic ✨

It’s all about “go big or go home” at the Fair, so it’s only fitting that we’d bring in a 100lb wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano to prepare Cacio e Pepe in (swipe to see Chef carve her out). We’ll be handing out samples, teaching fairgoers how to make fresh pasta, and just gettin’ together at the best state fair there is!!

Come say hi, grab a sample, and get inspire! See you this Thursday. Demos will start at 10am, 11am, 12pm, 2pm & 3pm.
