Make a Broders’ Vegetariano sando with us in honor of 🥪 🍅 🥓 🥬

Like all good sandwiches, our Vegetariano starts with house-made focaccia. Add a drizzle of hoagie dressing, roasted eggplant, roasted red peppers, hoagie peppers, onions & some slices of provolone and it’s ready to be toasted. Finished with sliced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, another drizzle of hoagie dressing and a dash of oregano.

A perfect late summer sandwich available only at your favorite neighborhood deli 😉 🧡
