Sometimes we have favorites!
And right now, Sheryl’s is our Costa Rican coffee from the Cerro San Luis Micromill. It’s a yellow honey processed coffee which means it’s dried with partial fruit. That adds to this coffees notes of raisins and caramel.

This one has been out of stock for a couple of weeks but Ryan roasted some today. We’ll have it at the Janesville Farmers Market on Saturday!

Hi from this two-person shop.
We are Sheryl and Ryan.

Partners, founders and 100% of the attendees at the Nordskov company picnic.

This is a post to introduce ourselves to those of you we haven’t yet spent time with.

Raised by small business owners that worked, bought and sold in their community. We had a front row seat to the positive compounding impact of local business. It’s who we are.

After decades at big businesses, we chose something smaller. Our ambition is simple. Make something we believe in, work with people we believe in and share the fruits of collaboration directly with our community.

The two of us love coffee and are inspired to see where we can push it as an agricultural, communal and culinary good. This is the whole idea of Nordskov coffee.

The future will unfold on its terms, but we hope to grow as fast as our partners and customers will allow us. Never recklessly. Always through work and people we are proud of.

Uncommon clarity along the way. The people. The business. The coffee.

Big weekend coming up!

Saturday will be laying down a vinyl set 🎵 just outside the little green Nordskov tent. The CREAM CAP will be back with a new expression stacked with ingredients from local farms and friends (more on that later).

Sunday we’re cohosting Cars & Coffee with our buddy Robert () at his beautiful property nestled right in the southern unit of the Kettle Moraine State forest. Cool cars, good people, cold coffee and fresh 🍩 s!

Come on out and enjoy a slice of Wisconsin summer.

We ship four times a year. Not more. Not less.

This works for us as a two person shop and allows us to focus most of our time on making exceptional coffee while creating hygge with our neighbors and visitors.
