The Ruby is looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to join our team.
This is a barista leadership position. We’re looking for someone who can step into a leadership role, help lead our team, solve problems, keep things running smoothly, and help create a positive environment for both our employees and customers.
What we’re looking for:
☕ A natural leader who can be kind and hold people accountable
☕ Someone dependable, organized, and able to take initiative
☕ A strong communicator and problem solver
☕ Someone who stays calm when things get busy
☕ A team player who isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed
The position includes:
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Days vary, including rotating Saturdays
• $18/hour base pay + tips
• Partial insurance premium reimbursement available
Previous management, leadership, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is preferred—but attitude, work ethic, and the ability to lead matter just as much.
