We meet the coolest people at Rusty Dog Antiques

Today it was Chris and Felix Bacon from Missoula. Chris is the owner of Board Of Missoula a snowboard and skateboard shop which was started by former part time Forsythian Zack Spannagel.

Chris is also a member of Montana Skatepark Association, one of the organizations building skateparks for kids all over our great state. In fact they are on their way to the Grand Opening of a new skatepark in Lame Deer at 6 pm tonight.

If you want to know more about it, Chris donated a book for the Rosebud County Library.

Great meeting you Chris and Felix. Let us know if you take our advice and put that big brass doorknocker on the bathroom door 😁

Today's mystery WHAT IS IT?

A little larger than a deck of cards and around 80 years old. It is so dang cool....

Great guesses folks!

It is in fact a very old heat tab cook or camping stove made for the Boyscouts of America. Compacted tabs were stored inside for travel and provided portable heat to a very, very tiny stove.

It is so incredibly small that, on first look, we thought it was a cigarette case.
