Trick or Treat in Middletown! Our skeleton lost a leg while in storage since last year 😂 🎃 🍬

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we regret to inform that we had to unexpectedly depart early from Cahoots Taproom & Arcade. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but due to some actions taken that will remain private for the sake of unnecessary drama, it’s what’s best for all parties involved.

We wish Cahoots and Yah Brew the best of luck in their future endeavors, and we encourage you to stop in there for a b**r and order some Roberto’s Pizza if you’re looking for food.

Don’t worry, we are not closing down, simply moving locations, and we already have something excited to announce soon. Our new location will allow us to lower food prices to a much more reasonable margin. WE WILL STILL BE PROVIDING THE FREE HOLLIDAY MEALS Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day to those in need despite this recent move, so don’t worry. Stay tuned for that post coming soon! - Spike

A NEW CHAPTER FOR SPIKEFISH CATERING!

October 31st will be our last day operating the kitchen at Cahoots Taproom & Arcade. After that, YAH Brew will be taking over food operations. We’re grateful for the opportunity and wish them the best moving forward!

But don’t worry — SPIKEFISH CATERING IS NOT CLOSING!

We’re working behind the scenes on an exciting new chapter, including plans for a brand new kitchen right here in Middletown! We have big plans at our new location to bring you more affordable delicious food on top of our catering, a private events space that will feature new ways to bring our community together with different events, as well as collaboration events with another local business.

We’re sad to close this chapter at Cahoots, but we’re even more excited about what’s ahead.

To everyone who has supported us, ordered from us, attended our events, and cheered us on — THANK YOU! Your support means the world to our small business, and we hope to see you at our new place.

We’re not saying goodbye, Middletown. We’re just getting started!

We can’t wait to share more news with you so stay tuned, the best is yet to come! 🔪 🔥

We’re honored to be part of this year’s charity soup cook-off, an event dedicated to supporting women and children during some of the most difficult and challenging times in their lives.

Giving back has always been a big part of who we are at Spikefish Catering. We believe that being part of a community means more than simply serving great food. It means showing up, lending a hand, and supporting the people and organizations that make our community stronger. We’re grateful for every opportunity to be able to do just that.

For this event, we’ll be serving up two of our favorites - Collard Ham & Bean Soup and our famous award winning Duck Corn Chowder! 🥣

Come out, grab a bowl, say hello, and most importantly, help support an incredible organization and a truly meaningful cause. We’re always proud to be part of events like this, and we hope to see plenty of familiar faces there!

It’s been a long time, but we’re really excited to say that Spikefish Catering is heading back to the Rescue Firemans Home Association this Sunday, September 27th!

We’ve genuinely missed being there, seeing all the familiar faces, talking with everyone, and of course, cooking some good food for you guys. It feels really good to be coming back, especially just in time for football season! 🏈

We’ll be there every other Sunday, and we’re going to start things off with a small temporary menu while we get settled back in. We’ll be listening to what everyone wants to see and adding more favorites as we go.

We’ve always loved being part of this community, and we’re looking forward to getting back into the routine of seeing everyone again.

Come hang out, watch some football, have a few drinks, and let us feed you!

We’ve missed you guys. We’re happy to be back, and we’ll see you Sunday! ❤️
