THAT’S NOT RAW MEAT… THAT’S A SMOKE RING! 🔥🥩

Ever cut into a perfectly smoked rib and see that pink layer near the bone? Don’t let the color fool you! That’s a smoke ring, not raw meat.

It’s a natural reaction between the smoke and the meat during the cooking process. It’s one of the beautiful signatures of low-and-slow barbecue!

And check out that bite! We’re not looking for ribs that fall apart when you pick them up. We’re looking for tender ribs that bite cleanly off the bone, with just the right amount of pull.

That’s how we do barbecue at Luongo BBQ!
