We specialize in gluten free southern Italian cookies, cakes and breads. We pride ourselves in quality, craftsmanship and the use of the best, freshest and locally grown (when possible) ingredients. Among these, are the use of all natural flavors, good sources of fat, locally grown fruits and the use of natural preservatives. To follow some facts of our most used ingredients:
Almonds, which contai

n a healthy boost of protein and is a “good” monounsaturated fat. It is also low in sugars and provides a good amount of magnesium and vitamin E. Coconuts, high in fiber, protein, and healthy fats and are free from wheat and other grains. They are also low in sugar, digestible carbohydrates and calories, and have a low score on the glycemic index. We also feel the obligation to help protect our environment and to do so we make sure that all packaging is made from Eco-friendly materials, like recyclable, compostable, post-consumer and biodegradable.
