One missing vegetarian plate can lose you a corporate client forever.

A 98% complete order is still a failed delivery to the person left without food in the boardroom. From staged items forgotten on the counter to last-minute add-ons, packing errors are quiet until they reach the client's office.

Build the internal double-check habits that protect your revenue and client retention.

A late delivery announces itself. A packing mistake stays silent until the client opens the boxes in front of 14 people—and two lunches are missing. 📦

Missing items are one of the quietest ways restaurants lose high-value corporate accounts. When an error stays hidden until dispatch, there is no way to fix it in the room.

In our latest article, we break down where packing errors hide and the 5-step check that catches them before the order leaves your kitchen. 📋

First impressions are easy. Lasting impressions take structure. 🏛️

The last 10 minutes of a catering setup define your brand in front of executives and decision-makers. Make sure that moment reflects the hard work your kitchen put into the food. 📦

Corporate catering isn't just about cooking great food—it's an operational science. 🚘

High-stakes B2B accounts are rarely lost in the kitchen; they are lost at the final mile. If your restaurant handles corporate orders, these 6 delivery principles will help your team protect your revenue and build long-term retention.

Price might get you the first order, but ex*****on gets you the tenth.

Most restaurants pitch catering on the food. But corporate buyers decided on the food before they ever called. 🥪

What an office manager or EA actually evaluates—on every single order—is the delivery.

If you want to turn one-off orders into standing accounts, here are the 4 things corporate clients are really looking for:
1️⃣ Reliability they can count on (Every time, not most of the time)
2️⃣ One accountable person per order (No route stacking, no mystery drivers)
3️⃣ A fast fix when something shifts (Dispatch response in minutes, not hours)
4️⃣ Clear confirmation it landed right (Proof of setup so they can relax)

Price and menu get you the first order. These four get you the recurring client.

There is a massive difference between dropping off food and executing a catering setup. 🚘

A basic driver drops damaged bags at reception and speeds away—leaving your client to deal with spilled containers and a messy table. A weknock driver owns the entire process, carefully arranging every tray to ensure the boardroom presentation looks flawless.

One protects your brand. The other risks your revenue. Which one is representing your restaurant?

09/19/2026

This is what peace of mind looks like in corporate offices. 🚘

No urgent calls from reception. No frantic lobby runs. No wondering if the food will arrive on time.

When your catering delivery is backed by dedicated logistics infrastructure, your meeting simply starts as scheduled.

Zero chaos. Total reliability.

A decade of catering deliveries in Florida. This is what consistency looks like at scale. 🚘

Since 2014, we’ve built the specialized delivery infrastructure that Florida's top restaurants rely on to protect their highest-value accounts. Over 3.5 million orders later, 98% on-time ex*****on isn't just a goal—it's our standard.

Consistency by design. Scale by weknock. 📈
