At this time, we are working through the final details necessary to reopen and are making steady progress. While we do not have a confirmed opening date to announce just yet, our goal remains to reopen as soon as everything is in place and ready to provide the experience our guests expect.

It’s hard to believe we’re coming up on 2 years since we opened Mint on April 1, 2024.

From day one to today, it’s been an incredible journey filled with growth, challenges, and so many unforgettable moments. We are truly grateful for every guest who has walked through our doors, supported us, and believed in what we do.

We can’t wait to reopen and continue serving you even better than before. This is just the beginning. ❤️

Dear Patrons,

We’re still hard at work getting Mint Asian Kitchen ready to reopen after the fire. The cleanup process is going well, and we’re making steady progress each day. While it’s taking a little time, we’re focused on making sure everything is safe, fresh, and better than ever before we welcome you back.

In the meantime, we wanted to share a little glimpse of what makes our food so special. 🌿 Here’s a photo of our kaffir lime tree from my parent’s back yard, sourced straight from California, which we use to bring that bright, aromatic flavor to our curry dishes. Quality ingredients have always been at the heart of what we do, and that won’t change.

We’re so grateful for your continued support and patience during this time. We can’t wait to reopen our doors and serve you again soon. Stay tuned for more updates — we’re getting closer every day! 💚
