The countdown is on at the Bobcat Café! ☕️🫐🍪

We are gearing up for our final days of the season. Our last day open will be Wednesday, June 3rd. We will be CLOSED Monday, June 1st, and then open Tuesday & Wednesday next week for our final two days!

We still have a few pottery cups left and our treat boxes are stocked full with:

Our 2025-2026 Cookbooks are in! This year was filled with food development from last year and tons from this year. You will also find a few of our catering favorites in there as well!!!

One of the best parts of the Bobcat Café is getting to watch students grow through real-life experiences. This year, I was lucky enough to keep 10 students from our MCC Culinary program as Bobcat Café bakers. They have done such an amazing job. From catering events around our town to learning what it takes to work as a team, they continue to impress me every day.

This week brought a really special opportunity for us. My cousin from Kentucky, who works for Caldwell Tanks inc., reached out and asked if we could make baked goods for their groundbreaking ceremony in Grinnell, Iowa. Our students were so excited to be part of something like this!

Not only have our products been able to serve Marshalltown, but now our treats made their way to Grinnell too. It was such a cool experience for our students to see their hard work reaching beyond our community. I’m so proud of everything they’ve accomplished this year! ❤️

I had an oops moment and made extra Macaroons for an order. 😅 They are Gluten Free/ Dairy free with a Lavender sweet cream. They are $2
