Summer cocktail season has officially arrived.

Your favorite strawberry whiskey smash is back with a little sweet vermouth to balance the bite of the Buffalo Trace. We've also built a delightful little punch with blackberry tarragon syrup, steeped orange peels, white wine, and splash of sparkling.

Everyone is blind! Neither you, Hannah, or anyone else who has picked up a bottle of wine know what is inside. Together you will try to determine the grape varietal, region and vintage.

There will be lots of Q&A available throughout.

While we didn’t walk away with an official win, we head back to Marshall feeling extremely proud to represent our community. The James Beard Foundation Awards and Chicago as the host city are a wonderful testament to how special the hospitality industry is - its diversity and inclusivity, its capacity to create true community, and its ability to use food and drink to create meaningful memories.

We are truly fortunate to do what we do and fully appreciate that we were part of this wonderful celebration because of you and your tremendous support!
