We launched a new Fleur de Kiwi Spritz cocktail a few weeks ago and, despite the rain and cooler temps, it has already become a favorite! Don't sleep on this Spritz. Stop in and see what all the fuss is about.

Carlos joined our team last year as a dishwasher and quickly moved into a prep role and then took over our griddle station. He has a calm, thoughtful demeanor that belies his youth. He brings with him a deep love of food and cooking - see for yourself on his Youtube and Tiktok channels here: .cookslol

We love the crisp, intentional style of Powers Farm & Brewery and have had a rotating number of options on our beer menu since Kevin and Melody began their adventure! Grab a pint at the bar or head to their farm and take in the good vibes and beautiful location on Meetze Road.

Treat yourself to our Present Menu and enjoy Chef Joffre's strawberry shortcake to close the evening — honey biscuit layered with creamy mascarpone and macerated strawberries, paired with a glass of Elio Perrone “Bigaro” Brachetto from Piemonte. Gently sweet fruity wine to match the delicacy of the dessert.

The team took another field trip on Monday to the amazing facilities at Old Bust Head Brewing Company. They came away genuinely inspired by how deeply committed OBH is to being a truly sustainable enterprise. We are so grateful for your time, education and hospitality!

We recently welcomed the team from Field & Main Restaurant out to the brewery for a behind-the-scenes visit focused on two things we care deeply about: sustainability and quality. 🍻🌱

We spent the day sharing more about how we approach brewing at OBH, from quality standards to the sustainability efforts that shape our day-to-day operations. It was great to connect with such a passionate group that included servers, chefs, event staff, bartenders, and their sommelier team.

One of the best parts of this industry is getting to learn from and collaborate with people who share the same values, and it’s clear that sustainability and quality are just as important to the team at Field & Main as they are to us. 💛🍻

Join Neal and Hannah for The Mystery Wine Game on the third Thursday of every month.

Everyone is blind! Neither you, Neal, Hannah, or anyone else who has picked up a bottle of wine know what is inside. Together you will try to determine the grape varietal, region and vintage.
There will be lots of Q&A available throughout.

All you have to do is show up at 7:00pm on our Facebook or YouTube page to watch. No sign up necessary.

We currently have wines available through July. Please swing by to pick up your bottle so you can play along.

Here is our riff on the famous Hurricane cocktail out of New Orleans: Wreaking Havoc starts with aged rum and spiced demerara syrup layered with mango puree, lemon, orange blossom and just a smidge of honey vinegar for balance.

Tropical, bright, and just a little dangerous 🙂

It is full-on asparagus season and we couldn’t be more delighted. Most of our asparagus comes from Seventh Heaven Farms — often delivered the very day it is picked.

After grilling over the hearth, the asparagus is layered over green garlic toum, topped with cornichon relish and black olive crumbs for brightness, texture, and depth.

This seasonal dish also happens to be vegan and gluten free.
