**Join Us for Our 211th Anniversary Celebration!**



We invite you to the heart of the village on Saturday, September 26th, 2026, for **Orlean Day**—a community gathering filled with fellowship, food, and fun. This event honors our historic home and the unique individuals who shape our community.



The festivities will include live music featuring regional talent throughout the day, an obstacle course, and various activities for kids. Be sure to browse local vendors offering jewelry, handmade goods, and apparel while enjoying our delicious house-smoked BBQ and seafood specials.



We extend our gratitude to our sponsors, Rappahannock Electric Cooperative and Independence Landscaping, for becoming official event partners. By joining our **Sponsorship Program**, your organization will gain valuable exposure both during the event and throughout the entire year.



**Event Schedule:**

- **11:45 AM:** Kick-off with the National Anthem

- Homemade BBQ, jams, jellies, peanuts, and drink specials available all day

- **12 PM to 8 PM:** Live music featuring Bluegrass, Rock, and Country bands

- Evening entertainment with performances by Stephanie Carter, Isabella McDonald, the Brain Journey band, and closing production by Eric Messick

- Tastings from local w**eries and breweries

- Kid-friendly activities: an obstacle course, popcorn, and cotton candy



We are excited to have several community leaders present the history of Orleans and serve as our Masters of Ceremonies. Don’t miss out on this memorable day!

Come celebrate 211 years of community, heritage, and hospitality at Celebrate Orlean Day, a day dedicated to everything that makes our little corner of Virginia special.

Held at the historic Orlean Market & Pub, in the heart of the Village of Orlean, this annual celebration brings together neighbors, families, musicians, local businesses, riders, and visitors for a full day of live music, great food, local vendors, activities, raffles, and old-fashioned community fun.

The celebration begins at 11:45 AM with opening ceremonies, followed by the National Anthem at noon and live music throughout the afternoon and evening. Enjoy performances from Brian Journey & Band, Stefanie Carter, Isabella McDonald, and Eric Messick & Band, along with community announcements, karaoke, raffles, and more.

Come hungry! Orlean Market & Pub will be serving up house-smoked BBQ, seafood, burgers, sandwiches, homemade favorites, cold drinks, and special treats throughout the day.

Explore local vendors and artisans, meet neighbors and community organizations, bring the family, and spend the day enjoying the beautiful Virginia Piedmont countryside.
