The City of Marion Police Department and Cruise-In are joining forces to give incentive to children practicing safe measures!

A caught you being good citation!

***Caught You Doing Good Incentive***

The City of Marion Police Department will be partnering with Cruise-In for an ice cream incentive for kids in our community this summer. The rules are simple, you just have to be caught by the police doing something good; obeying laws, practicing safety, making good choices, or being a great role model.

Examples of obeying laws and making good choices include kids riding bicycles, scooters/e-scooters, and e-bikes in a safe manner in the City of Marion. This includes riding to the far right on streets, stopping at stop signs, and yielding to pedestrians and vehicles.

When caught by the police department "Doing Good" a special citation will be issued to kids which can turned into Cruise-In for ice cream.

We will begin the incentive on Monday June 22nd for the summer.

🍔Meet our General Manager & Social Media Manager!🍟

✨Monica✨ is our General Manager🍦 at Cruise in and we are very thankful we have her! From scheduling shifts, training new employees, and coming up with our specialty sundaes, she’s always cooking up new ideas!

Monica is a proud mama of her four beautiful children and has a passion for ice skating which has been developing from a young age. She is also a creative individual, enjoying crafts and painting especially!🎨

This is Monica’s 5th year working at Cruise In, and 4th season as our general manager! Her fav menu items are a mushroom & swiss burger and jalapeño poppers!

✨Sydney✨ is our Social Media Manager📱 at Cruise in, the face behind all our graphics and posts! From picking up shifts in the kitchen, training new employees, and helping Monica with the specialty sundaes, she’s always ready to help where needed!

Along with Sydney working part-time at Cruise In, she is also a full-time dance & gymnastics instructor, and Assistant Studio Director at Vera Academy of Dance & Gymnastics. She is following her dream by dancing professionally in Madison, WI with many professional dance companies! Working to make dance more inclusive and collaborating with all!🤸‍♀️🧑‍🩰

This is Sydney’s 5th year working at Cruise In and her fav menu items are a chicken, bacon, ranch wrap and broccoli poppers!

We are very thankful for these ladies keeping the show running here at Cruise In! Wanting to make your dining experience the best! If you see them working, say hello!😊

A special thank you to everyone who attended our first Classic Car Saturday event of the season!
