An indescribable emotion and an immense honor on a truly magical island of Ischia🩵

Following the extraordinary Ischia Safari 2026, our journey continued at the historic Ristorante Zi Teresa in Santa Lucia Naples.
A stunning Naples, serving as the global stage for the 38th America's Cup, provided the perfect backdrop for a moment we will never forget. ⛵✨
In this beautiful setting, we had the privilege of meeting the legendary Maestro Enrico Derflingher (President of Euro-Toques) He chose to honor our chef Carmela Abbate, an icon of Neapolitan cuisine, by presenting her with the prestigious recognition of Italian Cuisine as a World Heritage Site, in the presence of chef Emanuele Ioio and entire staff of Zi Teresa 🏆🇮🇹
The joy continued in Lacco Ameno at the Cantina del Mare, hosted by my dear friend Pierpaolo Iovinelli. There, the magic happened all over again, and I had the profound honor of receiving this wonderful award:Recognition of Italian cuisine as a UNESCO World Heritage Site 🇮🇹
I am infinitely grateful for this wonderful recognition Thank you to Chef Enrico Derflingher for his extraordinary generosity and closeness.
I dedicate these memories to my mother, my family, the staff at Naples 15 & Zì Teresa, and to all of you who constantly support us. ❤️
A special thank you to Chef Nino Di Costanzo and Chef Pasquale Palamaro for the soul they pour into Ischia Safari for their commitment and passion in making this event unique, and to the journalists of Ischia Press for the great article and to our friends Monica and Roberto Imperatrice for accompanying us and sharing with us the magic of this evening.
