Happy Birthday Stefanie! I hope you enjoyed your carrot cake birthday cake this year. And I think it is super sweet that your employees send you a cake every year. 😁

I was sent an AI picture to replicate. This was the best I could do. And the cake was much smaller as well. I used ai to help adjust the recipe and help tell me which layer to put on first. I could have figured it out on my own, but it sure was a time saver, especially because I had to mix all the colors! But baby girl gets what she wants. (Ok, not a baby to the world in her 20’s, but definitely to her momma.)

A Canoli Cake? Sure, I’ll try just about anything. The icing was the Canoli cream found in the middle. This cake definitely needed to be refrigerated until served. I heard that she loved it. Made my heart melt!

Take me out to the ballpark, take me out to the game, buy me a cake and some cracker jacks, then my birthday will be the Mac (daddy of them all!)
