They cooked WAY too much pulled pork today, and now we’re stuck with it.

Had an awesome time at Morgan County Primary School for Careers on Wheels Day! 🔥🍖

We talked BBQ, smokers, running a small business, and even how much MATH goes into cooking every day — from food costs and timing cooks to recipes and feeding hundreds of people. Who knew barbecue could turn into a math lesson? 😂

Maybe my response is a bit petty, but we truly appreciate feedback — good or bad — because it helps us grow and serve people better. But leaving a 1-star review because you “couldn’t find the restaurant” while never actually eating here is a little wild.

We’ll keep focusing on great BBQ, great service, and taking care of the folks who do make it through the door. ❤️
