A native Georgian, Chef Chance brings experience from some of Atlanta’s most respected kitchens, including Bacchanalia, Watchman’s Seafood & Bar, Two Urban Licks, and La Grotta. His ingredient-driven approach is rooted in seasonality, careful sourcing, and a style that feels both refined and distinctly Southern. This month, his menus will place a special emphasis on seafood, shaped by his time spent commercial fishing in Kodiak, Alaska.
