We had a great turnout at the Madison Village Outdoor Market today. Chris Higbee was our entertainment and boy did he draw a crowd of some hungry folks. Mama was running girls around for baton practice today so I was working slowly. I was getting my butt handed to me today working alone. Luckily a good friend and a frequent visitor Ronnie came to the rescue and jumped aboard the trailer and ran the front end like a boss!

Thank you tons for the help Ronnie! You were my hero today and I couldn’t have done it without you!!! Much appreciated!!!

Thank you for everyone that stopped by and we look forward to next week!

We appreciate everyone who participated in the Madison Village Outdoor Market yesterday. There was a great turnout and Burnt Valves provided an excellent show. We are grateful for your understanding while Dad was working alone for a period.

Have you tried our homemade mac and cheese?

Come and get some at the Madison Village Outdoor Market before we sell out! One of our crowd favorites is our piggy Mac. Homemade Mac with a pile of pulled pork on top finished with a drizzle of BBQ sauce.

We also film all our own stunts! One of the many hats we wear while working the food truck life! 🤣 Nobody ever said it was easy, but we sure do enjoy all of you that stop by and support us!

Don’t forget to stop by Froyo Shop Food Truck and Scooters Scoops for some fantastic food, drinks or deserts.
