Summer's winding down... now we're looking for the next SouthFork crew.

As much as we'd love to keep our summer team forever, reality has other plans. Some are heading back to school. Some are returning to their fall careers. Others are off to bigger adventures

If you've ever wanted to trade traffic for trails, alarms for mountain sunrises, and office walls for the Boise National Forest, this might be your opportunity.

Two ways to work:
Adventure Schedule
Work approximately 40 hours over 3½ days, with housing provided while you're on shift. Then enjoy several days off every week to explore Idaho, ski, hunt, fish, ride, or simply head home.

Full-Time Lodge Living
Live on the property and spread your 40-hour workweek over a traditional schedule while enjoying mountain life full time.

This is a great fit for:

Tonight, Timbers Restaurant belongs to someone else.

We're hosting a private event this evening, so Timbers Restaurant will be closed tonight.

America turns 250... so we're firing up the smoker.

Some birthdays call for cake. America's 250th calls for BBQ.

This Fourth of July weekend, SouthFork Lodge is going ALL BBQ with a menu built for hungry patriots, mountain explorers, and anyone who believes smoked meat is one of America's greatest inventions.

Having fresh pastries waiting at the lodge every morning has been one of the most enjoyable additions to SouthFork. Wyld Provisions creativity never stops, and every week brings something new to the bakery case.

Whether you're grabbing coffee before a hike, fueling up for a side-by-side ride, or just stopping in because the pastry case keeps calling your name, the Trailhead Café is open 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to dinner.

Today is the Lowman Community Carnival!

If you're looking for us, chances are we'll be somewhere near the cotton candy.

My mother-in-law is visiting from the East Coast this week and, in true small-town Idaho fashion, she somehow got recruited to run the cotton candy station at the Lowman Volunteer Fire Department carnival.

We're excited to have her here, excited to support the community, and excited to see another great day of neighbors, families, and visitors coming together.

If you see a woman handing out cotton candy with a smile on her face and absolutely no idea what she signed up for, that's probably her.

Stop by, say hello, support the Lowman Volunteer Fire Department, and enjoy a little small-town magic.
