🌞 New goodies have been hitting the pastry case lately, and honestly… I’m still wrapping my head around it.
I’ve been pushing myself outside my comfort zone, trying new things, taking risks, and it’s been paying off in the sweetest ways.
Sunday morning I made four different flavors of Danish pastries, and within 30 minutes, two full trays were gone. Just like that.
There have been so many mornings lately where I can’t seem to keep up with demand and things sell out faster than I can make them. It’s a problem I never imagined I’d have.
Truthfully, I’m still in that surreal phase where I can’t quite believe people genuinely enjoy my baking. Every now and then that little voice pops up and says, “Maybe they’re just being nice…” 😂 Funny how old stories like to surface when you’re building something new.
But I’m learning to trust what I see: people come back, they bring their friends, and they keep supporting this little dream of mine.
What surprises me most is this community. I never expected such a small mountain town to show up the way it has, and I don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am.
I can’t promise every batch will be exactly the same—because baking is part science, part art, and part chaos—but I can promise every single thing that comes out of my kitchen is made with quality ingredients, a whole lot of care, and plenty of love. ❤️
