A weekend celebrating five years of Kettl.

We were honored to celebrate Kettl's 5 year anniversary this past weekend with a special menu created in celebration of their milestone.

We welcomed Kettl this year as a valued partner of KORA, and we’re proud to serve their matcha and houjicha throughout our beverage program. Their dedication to Japanese tea and the producers behind it continues to inspire the way we approach our own drinks.

Thank you to the Kettl team for your thoughtful work, and to everyone who joined us to celebrate. We’re grateful to be part of the journey and look forward to continuing our partnership for years to come.

Sweet Corn Old Fashioned—cornmeal buttermilk cake donut (with flecks of real corn pieces throughout!), brown butter sweet corn glaze rolled in a sweet corn cornflake crunch for a textural explosion.

Serving a very limited quantity today—we’ll bring them back if you love them!

Another successful team KORA summer outing—a bigger group, a bigger bus, and plenty more smiles to go around.

We always talk about the importance of taking care of our team first, so that they can better take care of each guest that walks into our space. Outings like this allow us to get to know one another as people first, outside of the shop, and bring that camaraderie back to our often hectic work days.

It’s a chance for us to give back to them. To say thank you.

Our spring menu features seasonal Rhubarb & White Chocolate using pillowy fried brioche as a base filled with rhubarb vanilla compote and Auro 32% white chocolate chantilly. A gentle balance of tart and light, creamy sweetness.
