Fully Outfitted Commercial Kitchens
Our private test kitchen and rentable cooking suites come with state of the art equipment appropriate for any production demands. The five cooking suites in our communal ghost kitchen are great for small or large scale production. Our test kitchen with chef’s counter is perfect for special dinners or testing new concepts. Extensive Tenant Support Infrastructure
We have access to every expert a business restaurant could ever need, from legal and insurance to kitchen design and branding. We understand in order to nurture your business, you need support for experts who can help you focus on what you love—your restaurant.

The road to the Grand Prix Fixe finale continues! 👨‍🍳🔥

Chef Jordan Domingo of Slao and Chef Jessie Franco of Zuzu’s Petals Long Beach are moving on and will join Chef Leon Csanchez of ruta15cevichebar and Chef Danny Le of Chez Bacchus in the semifinals on September 7 & 8 at Partake Collective.

September 7 is officially SOLD OUT, and only a handful of tickets remain for September 8! Tickets are also available for the Grand Finale on September 14.
