I recently returned to near Retro Row in Long Beach for lunch. They’re a burger joint that’s attached to the locally famous Stache Bar. They have a collection of unique and delicious burgers as well as some midwestern classics such as fried cheese curds. Here’s what I got:⁣

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧⁣
This burger is topped with burrata, sun-dried tomato pesto mayo, grilled tomato, and arugula. The end result is creamy, unctuous, and herbaceous with a nice chargrilled smokiness to it. It was really tasty!⁣

In brief, if you’re looking for some quality burgers, be sure to pull through and give Sideburns some love!
