Now that our deli market is open, we wanted to share a great recipe from Bob & Jean’s kitchen using some of the fine ingredients you’ll find on our market shelves. Bob loves cooking with Mutti tomatoes for their bright flavor and versatility. The imported Italian pastas really make a difference, as well. The flavor and texture can’t be matched by supermarket brands. Using fresh grated imported Parmesan cheese is the un gusto superiore! Complete your meal with a fresh-baked loaf of sourdough or focaccia bread from the deli/bakery.

Our sourdough loaves are made fresh right here at Robert’s, golden and crusty on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside.

Stop by the deli and grab a loaf to take home… just don’t blame us if half of it disappears on the car ride.
