Comfort in a bowl 🥣

Shanna's Étouffée: Succulent Gulf shrimp, snow crab claws, and andouille sausage simmered in Shanna's spicy brown roux with onions, tomato, peppers, and lots of Creole herbs and spices. Served over Arkansas basmati rice with parmesan-garlic crostini.

We tried to count how many hugs Robin gave out at our 40th anniversary celebration. We lost track pretty quickly. Regulars, former coworkers, folks who haven't been in for years: they all found their way to her. After all of these years, she's still the heart of the dining room, and we're lucky to have her ❤️
