Whew…today was a lot—but in the very best way. We’re so incredibly thankful to be so many people’s choice for coffee. Truly, thank you for choosing us. As a small business, your support means more than you’ll ever know.
We don’t see you as just another order or another customer. From your very first visit, you quickly become part of the Grounded family, and we hope you always feel that when you walk through our doors.
Today was also the launch of our keychain bar, and we had so much fun creating with everyone! If you didn’t get a chance to stop by, you can come in anytime during business hours to make something for yourself or create a special gift for someone else.
And while we’re calling it a keychain bar, it doesn’t stop at keychains. You can create a bookmark, bag charm, Bible tassel, or whatever else you can dream up. We’ll constantly be adding new charms, so if you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, just ask! Our staff can tell you what’s coming, take a special request, or even help you have a custom charm made.
Our team will be happy to help with assembly as much as needed. Just keep in mind that during the week, we may be busy serving customers, so assembly may have to wait. If you’re hoping to take yours home the same day, come when you have a little time to hang out, sip on a coffee, and enjoy the process. Fridays and Saturdays are usually the best days for quicker assembly since we have extra staff available.
You’re also welcome to choose your charms and materials and leave everything with us to assemble. Custom orders may take up to one day to complete and can be picked up whenever it’s convenient for you.
