Miami Fusion Café is hiring dependable, experienced team members for our new food-hall kitchen kiosk located inside Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
• Manager/Shift Lead: $23–$25 per hour
• Experienced Line Cook: $18–$21 per hour
• Prep Cook/Kitchen Assistant: $16–$18 per hour
Starting pay is based on experience.
EMPLOYMENT
• Full-time and part-time positions
• Multiple shifts available
• Fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Small, team-focused shift crews
SERVICE TIMES
• Breakfast: 6:00 AM–10:00 AM
• Lunch: 11:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Dinner: 5:00 PM–9:00 PM
Actual scheduled hours may include additional preparation, setup, cleaning, and closing time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently
• Complete daily preparation, including washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
• Prepare food bases and fully stock stations before each meal period
• Maintain fast ticket times and consistent food quality during busy hospital meal periods
• Keep all kitchen stations clean, organized, and properly sanitized
• Follow food-safety, storage, labeling, and rotation procedures
• Wash and properly store utensils, cookware, and food-storage containers
• Work efficiently as part of a small kitchen team
QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous fast-casual, food-court, kiosk, or high-volume restaurant experience is preferred
• Managers and shift leads must have prior leadership experience
• Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
• Must be able to work with speed, focus, and a sense of urgency
• Weekend and flexible availability is a must
