MEET THE TEAM: KASEY 💛

If you’ve been to Lean Kitchen, chances are you’ve met Kasey. Kasey is truly the heartbeat behind Lean Kitchen as our Kitchen Manager. The best way we can describe her? A friend to all. She has the biggest heart, the warmest smile, and a way of making everyone feel like family.

When she’s not prepping Lean Kitchen meals, you can find Kasey reading a good book by the lake, discovering the perfect cup of coffee, baking, listening to country music, spending time with her girls, loving Jesus, hanging out with family and friends, taking her dog Max for a walk, and of course… COOKING!

Kasey pours her heart and soul into every meal we make, and we are so incredibly thankful for the care, creativity, and love she brings into our kitchen every single day.

We truly wouldn’t be Lean Kitchen without her! 🫶🏼

We wanted to reintroduce ourselves because there are SO many new faces around here!

Hi, we’re Scottlyn and Grayson McCullough, the husband and wife behind Lean Kitchen Lexington. We’re originally from the Upstate, but now proudly call Columbia home.

We moved to the Midlands because we truly felt the Lord calling us here, and opening Lean Kitchen has been such a special part of that journey.

A few things about us outside of Lean Kitchen: We LOVE Jesus and our faith is at the center of everything we do. We love to travel, explore new places, experience different cultures, and we’re definitely adrenaline junkies. If there’s an adventure to be had, we’re probably in! We also co-founded Radiant Hope Collective, a faith-based mission supporting women in Kenya through handmade jewelry and sustainable opportunities. Kenya has become such a special part of our story and our hearts.

And of course, we’re incredibly passionate about health, nutrition, and helping people make healthy living feel simple and sustainable. That passion is a huge part of why Lean Kitchen means so much to us. What started as an idea has become a community we’re so thankful to be part of. We’ve loved getting to know so many of you and are SO excited for all that’s ahead.
