Bourbon barrels traveling from this area were charred to preserve the unique flavors of corn and limestone water, then stamped with “Old Bourbon County” before they floated down the Mississippi. Over time OBC became synonymous with the best bourbon in the U.S. OBC Kitchen recognizes the deep heritage and unique flavors of Kentucky bourbon and will offer an extensive and rare selection for our guests’ enjoyment.
