Meet Aureo Martinez, Head of Prep at Malone's Lansdowne. Since joining BHG in 2003, Aureo has spent more than two decades growing with our company and helping make Malone's what it is today.

Ask Aureo what he finds most rewarding about his job, and his answer is simple: everything! From his team and the people he works with to the company and the food, he loves being part of it all. He especially enjoys developing new recipes and bringing them to life.

Aureo's dedication is a reflection of the people who make BHG so special. We're proud to celebrate his more than 20 years of service and grateful for the passion and commitment he brings to our team every day.

Each year, Drake's Kitchen Managers and Sushi Chefs compete for the chance to have their creations featured as Drake's Burger of the Month and Sushi of the Month.
