Think big hair, rhinestones, fringe, cowboy boots, pink, and sequins. The more Dolly, the better!

And here's a fun little Gatti's fact: Every two years, our franchisees come together for a company convention. We were lucky enough to have President George W. Bush as our keynote speaker in 2022—and we actually dreamed about having Dolly join us someday, we even were in conversation with her team!

How cool would that have been?

While we may not have gotten Dolly at our convention this year, September 25th gives us the chance to celebrate her together.

From 9 to 5 TO 9/25, DOLLY DAY — Friday, September 25, 2026

*At participating Mr Gatti’s Pizza locations. Promotion details apply.

Come hungry. Come sparkly. Come dressed like Dolly. 🎀🍕✨

❤️🍕 THANK YOU FOR THE MEMORIES, DOLLY.

Today, we’re remembering a woman who spent her life giving us something pretty special: Memories.

The songs we grew up with. The movies we watched. The laughter. The family moments. The little things that somehow become the moments we remember forever.

And yes… Dolly was a fan of pizza, too. 🍕❤️

Fun Fact: She famously loved Taco Bell’s Mexican Pizza and even helped celebrate its return.

But today isn't really about pizza.

It's about the memories we make around the table.
That's something we understand pretty well at Mr Gatti's.

So tell us:

🎵 What Dolly Parton song brings back a memory for you?
Maybe it was playing in the car with your parents. Maybe you heard it at a family gathering. Maybe you sang along with it with your friends.

Whatever it is, share the memory with us.

Thank you Queen, for giving generations of people a soundtrack to their lives.

From all of us here at Mr Gatti's... Rest easy, Dolly.
