It's never supposed to get this wild; sometimes I try to turn off my preferences or wild hairs and commit to things I normally would not like such as safe clean forms and lines... inevitably I loose focus. Then out of nowhere tree limbs get thrown in the mix along with junk lamps Matt & I have managed to collect.
But after two vacation rentals this year and countless smaller projects I'm not back tracking...the twigs and all will stay.

After mingling a bit in Leslie I'm starting to see a trend; that folks are looking for Local Food but not finding a source because...

⭐ People are leaving social media or They've never been on it. ⭐

That's what they tell me time and time again.

I drop a lot of Farm names throughout the week, talking to folks who are looking for beef, milk, chicken and fruits but I'm bound to miss a lot and even I don't know how to contact you guys but through social media.

If you're a producer consider making some promotional materials and placing them around town. You can even leave some flyers at 413 Main St and I'll put them up on my window and display them at The Whittlin' & Fiddlin' Festival Sept 19th.

Get in touch if you want to put up a flyer; I want local food to succeed...maybe somebody can grow some lettuce that hasn't been 💩 on, that could be popular!?! 😆

Bring your cakes/desserts out this evening at 6pm to 413 Main St Leslie.

I'll have a couple picnic tables set up in the yard behind the building. Parking will be along Main or behind the buildings in the alley as well as street parking on Oak.
Bring Togo boxes, chairs or blankets/chairs and a beverage of choice. I have some bottled water available too.

Also please bring a serving utensil to cut your cake along with a small info card (most important for listing potential allergens)

Looking forward to seeing your creations & if you can't bring a cake but want to come just know I'm not "carding" folks at the door, I'm just here to lightly host a good experience and build a little community. 💜 🍰
