Our Cold Brew is on nitro at all 3 Pollyanna taprooms at all times as well as used in our cocktails at all locations!
That being said, we have to make it weekly to keep up. Here’s a glance at our process.
It starts with our own fresh roasted cold brew blend and once our big batches are made, they take a nap in the cooler for 24 hours, slowly extracting and developing that full bodied, smooth, sweet flavor you’re craving!
Tomorrow we finish up the process and keg for taproom needs!
