Happy Thursday, we have a couple new menu items we are very happy to announce, the first is a Teriyaki Rice Bowl, you get your choice of protein, broccoli, carrots, red cabbage over rice with Teriyaki sauce, the second is a Mediterranean Bowl, your choice of Quinoa or Farro and our choice of protein, roasted red pepper, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, cucumber, red onion, chickpeas with a Greek Dressing and Hummus and Tzatziki with flat bread.

Today's special is our Beet Hummus Avocado Toast and our soup is Veggie.

Happy Saturday, today's special is an Everything but the Bagel bagel with Ham or Turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and mayo with your choice of a side. Also come try our Fried Green Bean appetizer, they are delicious with our Spicy Ranch. The soup today is Beef Stroganoff.
