Since its opening this spring, Brothers Michael Morton and David Morton’s ONE Steakhouse at the exhilarating Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, has become the new hotspot in Vegas. Each space within the stunning, two-story restaurant and lounge delivers a distinctive, eye-catching environment. The stylish lounge presents a striking entry with an awning of scintillating lights – a chandelier made of 3,500 individual handcrafted pieces of glass lit by LED lights. Tucked behind the lounge is One Steakhouse’s sultry main dining room, framed in charred oak walls with bespoke artwork and a rich, luxurious collection of fabrics. The dramatic Crown Room on the second floor offers the ultimate viewing experience for games and live events, complete with a stocked leather-topped bar and a dramatic 23-foot-tall "living" garden skylight. Executive Chef Patrick Munster brings his talents to preparing steaks to perfection. Favorites include reimagined surf and turf selections such as a Snake River Farm Wagyu strip with Alaskan King crab legs; mouthwatering Japanese Satsuma Wagyu; baked short rib rigatoni, made with whipped burrata, roasted tomato sauce and basil; and citrus-cured Hamachi topped with sweety drop pepper puree and jalapeno.
