Start things off with our Melon, Prosciutto & Burrata appetizer — a refreshing and flavorful combination of sweet melon, delicate prosciutto, and creamy burrata that’s simply irresistible.
Next, we’re proud to present our Risotto Terra — rich, creamy risotto featuring crumbled sausage and earthy mushrooms, all finished in a savory red wine reduction and topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Comfort food at its finest.
Fish lovers will absolutely enjoy our perfectly pan-seared Rainbow Trout, prepared with capers and cherry tomatoes in a bright white wine lemon butter sauce, served alongside a delicate angel hair pasta.

Start your evening with our Fresh Tuna Tartare — a vibrant and refreshing appetizer featuring fresh chopped tuna, sweet pears, citrus segments, creamy avocado, and crispy pancetta, all finished with a bold Calabrian chili aioli and served alongside our housemade chips. Bright, flavorful, and absolutely irresistible.
Keeping the spotlight on fresh seafood, we’re proud to present our Sesame-Crusted Tuna Steak, pan-seared to perfection in a black and white sesame crust and paired with a refreshing mango salsa that brings the perfect balance of sweet and savory.
