Wow, what a day yesterday! If you experienced longer than normal waits we apologize but there are certain physical imitations of our little shop ☹️. We promise you we were hustling and working us and our equipment to the limits to get your food to you!

We did manage to set a new daily sales high, by a few dollars, but still a new record is a new record! And records are made to be broken👀

Thank you to our great team! They stood in there and got it done!

We apologize in advance for any inconveniences, but… our credit card read is down and out until they can send us a new one. Annnddd, since it’s Friday Night ( of course 🤦‍♂️) they won’t be sending one out until after the weekend🥲

We can still accept Cards in store but we will have to enter them manually. On-line ordering is not affected. And we accept cash, of course (which saves you about 4%).

**thus also means we cannot do ApplePay or Tap to Pay.

We chop our lettuce and vegetables DAILY to give you the freshest, most delicious food we can!

Our Chopped Salad is packed with fresh lettuce, vegetables, house recipe dressings, in store made Croutons (made from our own sandwich bread!)

Ah, June, warm days and great evenings for cruising the back roads! Take along this month's Pizza of The Month:

The Backroad Bianca Pie (White Pizza): Garlic infused Olive Oil covered in Sweet Italian Sausage (from La Monte Meats ), dollops of Sweet Cream Ricotta Cheese, chopped Cremini Mushrooms (baby bell mushrooms), strips of Roasted Red Peppers and Shredded Parmesan .
