The doors of Neighbors Coffee Shop building will be open this Friday, June 6 in conjunction with the Waverly City Wide Garage Sales.
We will have a bunch of miscellaneous items for sale from the coffee shop. Holidays decorations, merchandise, paperware etc. All priced to sell!

ICE ICE BABY will be selling organic sugar free Shaved Ice and Nice Ice Baby flavored waters!

Tomorrow, Monday March 31 will be our last day to be open for business. We will be open 7-2.

For Breakfast we will have all of your normal favorites, Cinnamon Rolls, Kolache, Muffins, Quiche, Biscuts and Gravy, Custom Breakfast Sandwiches, etc. and of course all of your favorite coffee drinks!

For lunch we will be serving Reuben, BLT, Club, Turkey Avacado Smash, The Original Joe Sandwiches as well as Custom Sandwiches, Soups, and Chef Salad. We will have Broccoli Cauliflower Salad and of course Chicken Salad.

You are welcome to calll ahead. We do exppect to be very busy but will have extra staff on hand to take care of everyone.

All remaining merchandise will be be 50% off excluding Wodrich Candles and Erin Lynn Designs, and Christian Books. SMD Deaigns will be 25% off.

We will have Drink Sauces, Syrups,
Frappe Mix, 5 Pound Bags of Coffee and Barista Milks for sale also tomorrow!

Cauliflower and Broccoli Salad

1 head of chopped Broccoli
1 head of chopped Cauliflower
Half a pound of coooked and crumbled bacon

Dressing:
1 cup Mayonnaise (Hellmans)
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Sugar
Salt and Pepper

Mississippi Sin Quiche

Ingredients:
1 cup diced ham
4 oz cream cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp hot sauce
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
3 eggs
1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust
Instructions:
Prebake pie crust as directed on package.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Heat ham in skillet for 3 to 5 minutes to remove moisture. Remove from heat.
Combine ham, cream cheese, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Put ham mixture in bottom of pie crust. Top with cheddar cheese and green onion.
Whisk together eggs, sour cream and heavy cream. Pour over ham mixture.
Bake for 60 minutes, until set.
Notes:
Can assemble quiche in advance and freeze unbaked for later.
