Good morning Kokomo!!! Let’s get things COOKING! We have our French Toast, Waffle, or Pancake Platters for breakfast specials this morning. I am going to say it again my number one go to it still our French toast, but a nice golden Waffle is always a good go to. Also, you must believe me add a side of peanut butter to spread over the French Toast. The platter comes with two extra-large eggs cooked to your liking and served with sausage links, sausage patties, or bacon. Who doesn’t like dipping their bacon or sausage links in some warm syrup! Have a nice day! Again, don’t forget to pass on a smile!

Come on into Frittatas Restaurant for our lunch special today. Today is one day that we rotate our specials. This week will be our Meatloaf! We are going to get that in the oven here shortly so it will be nice and ready for you when you get here. We top the meatloaf with mushroom gravy and serve it with a side of green beans and mashed potatoes. You could always request our regular brown gravy which is always delicious for those of you not into mushrooms. Also, AMP up your mashed potatoes by asking for our garlic mashed potatoes! For a little upcharge we can take it a step further and turn them into CHEESY garlic mashed potatoes! Don’t miss out!!!

The soup of the day will be our amazing Chicken and Noodle soup. Here is the start of our Chicken and Noodle soup! We have our chicken pulled and all the vegies sweating together to get all the flavors combine. It is delicious choice for an add on to many of our lunch selections.

The lunch special will be our yummy Baked Beef Goulash served with a side of garlic toast. This flavorful dish is loaded with 81/19 Ground chuck BEEF added to a trinity of vegetables Onions, Celery, and Carrots that have been sautéed and seasoned just right. Then we add the elbow macaroni to bake right inside soaking up all those flavors! This dish served in our large skillet is topped with jack cheese that is melted to a gooey layer of cheesy goodness. One of my favorite lunch specials we have. This is served with a side of our garlic toast and yes garlic butter that we spread edge to edge for you to savor every bit of that bread. I love using that bread as a back board to push together every perfect bite of Goulash.
