We will start observing winter hours of operation staring Nov 1. Gordo's will close at 8:00PM for the winter months. We hope this doesn't rile you up too much. If so, let us have it.😜

So we may have been a bit crazy to fire up two flat tops on one of the hottest days of the year, but we did and it went well. We still have some Birria to sell tomorrow but it will certainly sell out early. Thanks for making it a big success!
