It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we share some difficult news.
After much hard work, countless conversations, many sleepless nights, and a great deal of deep thought and soul-searching, we have made the heartbreaking decision to permanently close Bistro on Main.
There are simply no words that can fully express what the last 23 years have meant to us.
Bistro on Main has been so much more than a restaurant. It has been our home away from home, a gathering place for friends, a place where strangers became familiar faces, familiar faces became friends, and friends became family.
Over these 23 years, we have had the privilege of being part of your lives. We've celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, holidays, and ordinary evenings that turned into extraordinary memories. We've shared laughter, stories, hugs, and even a few tears. And through it all, you have given us something far greater than we could have ever imagined when this journey began.
You gave us a community. You gave us friendships. You gave us a lifetime of memories.
This decision has not come easily. We have poured our hearts, our time, and so much of our lives into Bistro on Main. Saying goodbye to something that has been such a big part of who we are is harder than we can ever put into words. But sometimes, even when your heart wants to hold on, you know it's time to turn the page.
To our loyal guests, our friends, our dedicated employees past and present, and this incredible community, thank you.
Thank you for every meal shared, every drink raised, every kind word, every laugh, and every time you chose to walk through our doors. Thank you for supporting us through the good times and the challenging ones. Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your lives.
We hope that somewhere along the way, we made you feel as welcome, appreciated, and loved as you have made us feel.
Although the doors of Bistro on Main will close, the friendships and memories made within these walls never will. They are woven into the fabric of our lives, and we will carry them in our hearts for all the years we have left.
We may be saying goodbye to Bistro on Main, but we will never say goodbye to the people who made it so special.
Twenty-three years. Countless memories. A lifetime of gratitude.
