Burrata — Made with heirloom tomatoes, tomato vinegar, Calabrian chili crisp, sweet and sour cipollini onions & sweet corn puppadum 🍅

Skate wing piccata - Made with ciabatta crostini, Romano bean warm calamari salad & saffron black lime aioli ✨ Note from Chef Aaron, ‘I love this dish. Crispy pan fried fish with caper white w**e and lemon over the top sitting on the toasted bread that soaks up all the sauce!’ 👏

Spaghetti alla Chitarra — Made with spicy Genovese pesto, rock crab, jalapeno, basil & preserved zucchini. 🌿
